Emotional Freedom Technique - Reiki - Three in Once Concepts

The programs in this heading deal with self-improvement and with your own personal search as you walk, hop, skip and jump through life. You can only truly help others when you know and help yourself. These programs reach into the entire spectrum of life, each in its own special way.

In most of our lives there are hills, valleys, mountains, deep chasms and a few volcanoes! Some lives are very dramatic, some are somber, some are filled with laughter, some with physical or emotional pain. Some are spiritual, some are devoid of spirituality, some are religious and not spiritual at all.

Each one of us searches in his own way for answers. In my opinion, our lives are the result of our questions, of our search. As we learn lessons, we move on.

Each of our lives is dynamic in its own very special way. For most of us, when we are on a plateau, when everything is smooth, and easy and perhaps a bit boring (!), we search for some distraction by developing a new problem or challenge, and therefore a new lesson, often populated with new people. At these and other crossroads we may need help - from our selves and others.

The programs that fall under this heading delve into our very private places, helping us to grow in very special ways.
Please be aware that ALL of Touchpoint's classes touch on some aspect of our personal journey and how to heal its parts. A trademark of the Touchpoint Institute ,we feel that you cannot help another if you cannot listen and really hear that person. To really listen you need to relate through your own search and discovery.
