Learn in the comfort of your home, at your own pace, while receiving the best possible instruction and a "hotline" to Yvette Eastman. Start at any time, take as long as you choose. Learn at your own pace. Use e-mail to answer quizzes and to receive commentaries from Yvette.

 

Yvette is at your side every step of the way, assisting you and making sure that you are comfortable with the information. Topics range from Buying the best shoes - to visual cues - to reflexes for specific ailments.

Anatomy and Physiology are both taught simply, yet completely, since our anatomy is important to body interaction.

Along with the lessons, you receive video & audio tapes, small and large wall charts, dial a reflex, wallet cards and the famous manual, "Touchpoint Reflexology the First Steps".

Our Homestudy programs have reached Saudi Arabia, China, South Africa as well as the U.S. & Canada.

Your first practicum can be videotaped; you can work on a Registered Reflexologist, or attend a seminar as a novice assistant.

•  You receive a supersize binder containing all 16 lessons.
• Each lesson describes a system of the body or a function of Reflexology. Anatomy, Physiology and even Pathology are all explained for each organ or body part.
• Each reflex is described in words and in graphics, so that you understand how to use fingers and thumbs to access the reflex.
• Each chapter ends with a quiz to challenge you.
• When you mail (or e-mail) them to Touchpoint, Yvette reads each one, corrects and annotates them. It is like having her right beside you!
• Lesson 17 is a final exam. It is open-book and is filled with open-ended questions such as, "What would you do in such and such situation, or when faced with these symptoms, or those visual cues?" This allows you to become skilled and to own your own knowledge. Yvette does not want a carbon copy of herself out there, she wants an independent, self motivated, excellent Reflexologist at the end of the program.

There is a practicum performed on your clients, where you will record and assess Reflexology sessions for 60 pairs of feet. This will award you a second certificate. This is identical to the practicum for the "live" Seminar students.

The results of this course have been amazing - people are learning as if Yvette were in their home as private tutor! Learn fast or learn slowly, it's all in your hands! Start when you wish and take as much time as you choose.

Your final exam Practicum can be taken at one of our seminars or self-video-taping or with a professional Reflexologist. We ask you to "shadow" several Reflexologists if it is possible. Often, in small, rural communities it is difficult to find a Reflexologist, yet if it is possible, "shadowing" is an amazing learning tool.

The entire program will be mailed to you at once so you can pace your learning. (16 lessons, final exam, manual, video, charts) There is no time limit on your distance learning class work.

There is no homestudy for advanced levels. There are manuals available for Hand, Face, Ear, Meridian and Pawspoint Reflexology. These can help you continue your studies, but there are no certificates issued. Check the store for these.

Tuition: $995 - includes 17 lessons in Reflexology. This covers the cost of the 16 quizzes and a final exam and individualized correction by Yvette throughout the program. An additional fee of $700 covers manuals, DVD, CD’s, dial-a-reflex wheels, all charts, (wallet size, 11x17 and 24”x36”). The tuition and material cost can be 1 installment of $1695 - or 8 installments of $235. (Please send 1 present-dated and 7 post-dated cheques (1 per month). The entire program will be mailed to you at once. Paying over a period of time facilitates you financially but it is more expensive.
