Chakras on the Feet CF 106

Chakras are the interface between the physical and non-physical elements of your system. They are often the cause of physical discomforts.

A "lump in your throat" may have to do with fear, with sadness or something you can't speak of. Or they can speak to muscle spasms or a thyroid condition.

A "gut feeling" is another example of emotions speaking to the physical. You may know how to balance chakras on the body. Here is a unique system of Chakra Balancing within the scope of a Reflexology session.

I will present two different techniques. Each deals with the spiritual and emotional as well as physical aspects of the Chakras.

Hot Stone Massage For Feet and Legs HS 107

Learn the use, the positioning, and the handling of hot stone application in a Reflexology setting.

This is an excellent technique for clients with foot or leg problems, from restless leg syndrome to plantar fasciitis, as well as for the sheer pleasure of warm feet and relaxation.

Perform the session and receive a session as you learn by doing. Learn to provide intense and complete relaxation.

Especially useful for practitioner who work in a spa or in esthetics.

Useful for people whose hands are too weak for a full time Foot Reflexology practise.
