Question 5:
How important is nutrition to you? Do you adhere to a particular system? Your Answer: It is extremely important - I eat carefully and watch my diet. You are right, nutrition is vital and your body and brain depend on it. Poor nutrition causes many symptoms, among them, headaches, muscle aches, energy drops, poor concentration, weight changes, diabetes and high blood pressure. Good nutrition can heal many dis-eases. In each of our programs we spend a little time talking about foods that support you and foods that break you down. We also talk about supplements and their use.
Question 5:
How important is nutrition to you? Do you adhere to a particular system? Your Answer: I believe in the vegetarian or vegan way. Many people thrive on a vegan or vegetarian diet. The important thing to learn is which foods nurture you and how to combine them to meet all of your needs, mental and physical. Make sure you have a way of absorbing Vitamin B-12. Some people need to eat animal protein. It depends on your genetic structure.
Question 5:
How important is nutrition to you? Do you adhere to a particular system? Your Answer: I listen to my body and follow its needs. For most people this is the wisest choice, particularly if you understand your own "bodytalk". For others, learning how to muscle check using the Kinesiology programs helps you to interpret your body's needs simply and clearly.
Question 5:
How important is nutrition to you? Do you adhere to a particular system? Your Answer: Mostly I am careful but I like eating out and sometimes like fast foods. Learn to muscle check in order to find out how your body will react to different less than perfect foods on any given day. Then eat what works best for you and even if it is a Big Mac, your body will use the useful parts and eliminate the rest. Most important: don't guilt or trash yourself for the occasional junk meal. That will cause more damage than the tasty forbidden fruit!
Question 5:
How important is nutrition to you? Do you adhere to a particular system? Your Answer: I eat what I want when I want it. If your health is good, your thinking is clear, you sleep well, you have no pain and you enjoy life, then you are probably very much in tune with your system. If some of those things don't work, then rethink some of the things you are eating or the times at which you eat them. I would consider learning muscle-checking to find out just what your body needs. These are taught in all the Specialized Kinesiology programs we teach.
Question 6:
How much water do you consume daily? Your Answer: Between 1 and 2 litres. That's excellent. Water helps to keep you hydrated and your energy flows best in a hydrated body. Question 6:
How much water do you consume daily? Your Answer: I don't like water. I prefer juice, coffee or tea, or diet drinks. They are discovering that coffee is not that bad for you and actually has merit. As for tea, even black tea has its good points although green tea is a better choice. Juice is not always the best choice since it is very high in sugar. Even natural sugar is bad for you if you take too much of it. Often the reason babies have diaper rash is because they are drinking too much juice. Make sure they learn to enjoy water and dilute the juice you gove them to an 80/20 ratio in favour of the water. As for diet pop - please read up on Aspertame before commiting to even one more bottle of any diet drink.Aspertame has so many bad side effects which can cause illness. It affects the brain. It also weakens muscles. People suffering from chronic muscular pain improved immediately when they stopped dring Diet Coke. Aspertame should never be heated which explains why you won't find it in frozen diet desserts. Aspartame has been blamed for Gulf War Syndrome. The pop was in the sesert sun for long times, heated by a fiercely hot sun.The heat changed the molecular structure of the diet drink.

In all three professions posture is the culprit. Try to find a more efficient way of working to alleviate the pain. Find a Reflexologist to assist in pain relief. If the problem is arthritis, add 10 cherries and 5 almonds to your diet daily. The cherries can be canned and of the canned ones, the sour cherries are the best . Question 7:
Do you have any aches, pain or tension areas in your body? Your Answer: My knees hurt all the time This is where Reflexology can really be useful. Most knee pain stems from an improper way of walking. The knee should be directly over the foot. If it isn't, then over time there will be erosion of the cartilage, the bone or the joint. Usually knee problems stem from low-back concerns. The Reflexologist can benefit you by starting with the basic cause - an imbalance in the low back- and will first work with the muscles, relaxing them, strengthening the ones that need strengthening and relaxing the opposing ones. Touchpoint Reflexologists learn that one of the emotional causes of low back problems has to do with your support system. Their may be financial worries. Hurting knees tend to represent an imbalance in the interface of the real world and the spiritual world As the back heals, the legs will correct, the knees will improve. This will allow you to walk and exercise which will strengthen and rebuild the muscles. Emotional stability is a secondary yet vital outcome.
